Careers that Change LivesThe Sr. Compliance Specialist is an individual contributor reporting to the VP, Global Compliance Investigations, Governance, and Reporting. In this newly created position, the Sr. Specialist will support the Office of Ethics and Compliance project management and reporting strategy, and build, support, and maintain governance structures and processes to help ensure the OEC delivers on its strategic priorities.
This position closely collaborates with OEC leadership, legal operations, and functional partners (e.g. finance, HR, IT) to support execution of the long-term vision, strategy, and design of the OEC; facilitates the monitoring and reporting on key OEC priorities; collaborates with business partners to implement, monitor and report on annual goals and budget targets; and enables the OEC to demonstrate the effectiveness of the Medtronic Ethics and Compliance program to key internal and external stakeholders.
